I said goodbye, she smiled, I never knew why
I took the subway all the way home
When I got there I felt alone
I had a message, just hate that phone
The message was sad, now I'm all alone
She loved me, she told me, my person in life
She touched me close in so many ways
We shared love, every day, every night
Good things between us, I loved the love
She showed me the way,Iove her today
The last time I was with her she sang on the phone
From the bed of her death, You'll Never Walk Alone
I left and she smiled in her special way
That's the last time I seen my mother, she died the next day
